Notes and sources
Same vendor, price and standing as the Amethyst and Beryl Ruinstriders: the wiki's table for Toraan has six ruinstriders in its Exalted rows at 10,000 gold each (Sable, Russet, Amethyst, Beryl, Umber, Cerulean), so one climb to Exalted serves all six.
The price actually paid may be lower: the wiki's page for Toraan records a hotfix of 13 September 2017 that gave him the Argussian Reach faction discount, and the usual discount at Exalted is a fifth, which would make it 8,000 gold. Nobody was found reporting the figure, and the listed 10,000 is kept here.
The weekly rate, and so the seven weeks, is the weak figure, carried over from the Amethyst Ruinstrider and not worked out again. Reputation is still per character today: a 2026 Blizzard Watch article lists warband-wide Legion and Battle for Azeroth reputations among the features of patch 12.1.5, which it says launches on 13 October 2026; the article does not name the Argussian Reach or say how standings are merged.
The place is as for the Amethyst and Beryl Ruinstriders: Wowhead's coordinates on the Vindicaar's own map, upper level of the ship. The wiki gives his place only as the Vindicaar, and its remark that he is nowhere to be seen after the Argus campaign is story text, since its patch history has housing decor added to his stock in patch 11.2.7 (December 2025). Argus has no flying. The item binds when picked up and asks for level 10 (wiki).
