Notes and sources
The journal and the mount's own wiki page leave out the reputation. The wiki's page for Zjolnir states it ('Only trolls can buy from Zjolnir by default; other characters must be exalted with the Darkspear Trolls') and quotes his refusal to anyone else; it was not confirmed in the game. Whether a Zandalari troll counts as a troll for him was not established.
He sells the Swift Olive and Swift Orange Raptors for 10 gold and the Emerald, Turquoise and Violet Raptors for 1 gold on the same terms, so the one reputation opens all six.
The coordinates are Wowhead's tooltip for Zjolnir (NPC 7952), as read for the Violet Raptor and not asked again; the wiki gives none.
The tabard is also sold by Samamba at the Sunreaver Pavilion of the Argent Tournament (wiki). The wiki's Championing page says a capital's tabard works in dungeons of any level, with rules of its own in Burning Crusade dungeons, and gives per-clear figures only for Wrath of the Lich King and Cataclysm dungeons.
The mount has asked for level 17 and Apprentice Riding since patch 9.0.1 (wiki).
